Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.

• Identify candidates for challenging-to-fill roles.

• Actively source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and various other channels.

• Conduct screening and interviewing of candidates.

• Collaborate directly with managers to grasp hiring requirements.

• Manage multiple job openings and ensure a steady flow in the candidate pipeline.

• Recommend qualified candidates and assist in finalizing hires.

• Continuously enhance the recruitment process.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting / Talent Acquisition.

• Excellent sourcing capabilities beyond just posting job advertisements.

• Comfortable in recruiting for both professional and operational positions.

• Quick, organized, and proactive approach.

• Strong judgment and effective communication skills.

• Accountability for results.
