This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing offers, building talent pipelines, and securing top candidates.
• Establish selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job specifications for open positions.
• Utilize LinkedIn, recruitment websites, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals for talent sourcing.
• Promote a positive candidate experience through effective communication and prompt feedback.
• Gather, enter, and analyze recruitment data and metrics.
• Spot opportunities for process enhancements to refine the recruitment strategy.
• Attract remarkable talent for AI, operations, and various non-technical roles across global markets, focusing primarily on the USA and LATAM.
• Collaborate within a team consisting of one lead and three Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition with full-cycle recruitment across a range of functions.
• Strong proficiency in hiring for AI roles, operations, AI consultants, support, and business analysts.
• Comprehensive understanding of contemporary candidate selection techniques, including competency-based interviewing.
• Practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools.
• Capability to build robust relationships with hiring managers and serve as a strategic partner.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in recruiting within fast-paced, hyper-growth environments (background in startups or agencies is a plus).
• Familiarity with both tech and non-tech recruitment, particularly in commercial and customer-facing roles that drive revenue (considered a plus).
• Awareness of employer branding initiatives and talent marketing strategies (considered a plus).
