Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers to comprehend their recruitment needs and the positions that require filling.

• Evaluate, create, and modify job descriptions and specifications.

• Discover effective strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates.

• Write and publish recruitment advertisements in suitable digital and print mediums.

• Identify potential candidates and evaluate their qualifications through resumes, interviews, and other forms of communication.

• Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers.

• Keep in contact with candidates and provide updates on their application status.

• Establish and sustain a presence within the technical and industry community and marketplace.

• Participate in job fairs and industry conferences, managing the company booth.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical and/or human resources field is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of relevant recruiting experience is required.

• Previous experience in technical roles is advantageous.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.

• In-depth knowledge of recruiting methods and best practices.

• Familiarity with applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 or equivalent software.

• Demonstrated adaptability.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
