Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Actively seek out and engage potential candidates, including headhunting for specialized roles.

• Develop talent pools and sustain talent pipelines to meet future hiring requirements.

• Oversee and maintain high-quality data within the ATS.

• Create captivating job descriptions that reflect the company’s culture.

• Monitor advertising channels and manage the application process.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings.

• Keep competitor market maps updated and track hiring trends.

• Assist in enhancing onboarding processes, referral initiatives, and candidate assessments.

• Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates, particularly in the UK within Audit, Accounting, Tax, or professional services.

• Experience with the South African market is a plus.

• Capability to accurately track, manage, and report on hiring data.

• Familiarity with ATS usage; experience with Pinpoint is an advantage.

• Proficiency in conducting effective candidate screenings.

• Ability to update templates, coordinate interviews, and oversee recruitment processes.
