Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Actively seek out and connect with candidates, including targeted recruitment for specialized positions.

• Establish robust talent pools to address future hiring requirements.

• Oversee and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Create compelling job descriptions that reflect the company’s culture.

• Monitor advertising platforms and manage the application process.

• Perform initial candidate screenings and align candidates with appropriate roles.

• Keep competitor market maps up-to-date and monitor market trends.

• Assist in enhancing onboarding processes, referral initiatives, and candidate assessments.

• Develop talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates, particularly within the UK in Audit, Accounting, Tax, or professional services.

• Familiarity with the South African market is considered an asset.

• Capability to accurately track, manage, and report on hiring data, providing valuable insights.

• Proficient in utilizing an applicant tracking system (ATS); experience with Pinpoint is a plus.

• Skilled in conducting thorough candidate screenings.

• Competent in updating templates, coordinating interviews, and overseeing recruitment processes.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong creative problem-solving skills, empathetic listening, and organized efficiency.
