Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Actively seek out and engage with candidates, headhunting for specialized positions, and developing talent pools for future recruitment needs.

• Oversee and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Create compelling job descriptions that reflect the company's culture.

• Monitor effective advertising channels and manage the application workflow.

• Conduct initial screenings of candidates and align them with appropriate roles.

• Keep up-to-date competitor market maps and analyze trends to guide hiring strategies.

• Assist in improving onboarding processes, referral initiatives, and candidate assessments.

• Develop robust talent pipelines to facilitate a seamless and efficient hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates, particularly in the UK within Audit, Accounting, Tax, or professional services.

• Experience in the South African market is an added advantage.

• Proficient in tracking, managing, and accurately reporting hiring data while providing valuable insights.

• Familiarity with an ATS; experience with Pinpoint is a plus, though not mandatory.

• Capable of conducting thorough candidate screenings.

• Skilled in updating templates, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment processes.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong creative problem-solving, empathetic listening, and organizational skills.
