Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Actively identify and engage potential candidates, including specialized headhunting for unique positions.

• Develop robust talent pools and pipelines to address future hiring requirements.

• Oversee and uphold high-quality data management within the ATS.

• Create compelling job descriptions that reflect the organization’s culture.

• Monitor advertising platforms and manage the application workflow.

• Perform initial candidate screenings and align candidates with suitable roles.

• Keep detailed competitor market maps and stay updated on market trends.

• Assist in enhancing onboarding processes, referral initiatives, and candidate assessments.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates, particularly within the UK across Audit, Accounting, Tax, or professional services.

• Familiarity with the South African job market is an added advantage.

• Capability to track, manage, and accurately report hiring data while providing valuable insights.

• Proficiency in using an ATS; experience with Pinpoint is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Aptitude for conducting thorough candidate screenings.

• Skill in updating templates, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment processes effectively.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, creative problem-solver, empathetic listener, organized, and efficient.
