📋 Description

• Actively seek out and engage with candidates, utilize headhunting techniques for specialized roles, and create talent pools for future recruitment requirements.

• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of high-quality data within the ATS.

• Compose compelling job descriptions that embody the company culture.

• Monitor effective advertising channels and manage the application procedure.

• Perform initial candidate screenings and align candidates with appropriate roles.

• Keep up-to-date competitor market maps and analyze market trends to enhance hiring strategies.

• Assist in refining onboarding processes, referral initiatives, and candidate assessment programs.

• Contribute to ensuring a seamless, organized hiring experience and a positive candidate journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in sourcing exceptional candidates, particularly in the UK for Audit, Accounting, Tax, or professional services.

• Experience in the South African market is considered advantageous.

• Proficient in data management, with the capability to track, analyze, and report hiring data accurately while providing valuable insights.

• Familiarity with ATS systems; experience with Pinpoint is a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong skills in candidate screening and the ability to pose effective questions.

• Competence in updating templates, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment workflows.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong creative problem-solving abilities, empathetic listening skills, and excellent organizational capabilities.
