This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Actively source and engage with candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, XING, Indeed, social media, talent databases, and various other sourcing channels.

• Establish and maintain talent pipelines to address current and future hiring requirements.

• Reach out to passive candidates to generate interest in new career opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with Recruiters to formulate effective sourcing strategies.

• Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment challenges.

• Contribute to initiatives in Talent Acquisition, process enhancements, and sharing of best practices.

• Comprehend candidate motivations and market dynamics specific to Germany.

• Serve as a Talent Acquisition partner who anticipates recruitment challenges and delivers candidates that meet business needs.

• Proficient in the German language (C1/C2) within a professional business context.

• Strong command of English to facilitate effective collaboration within an international team.

• Demonstrated experience in active sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple channels.

• In-depth understanding of the German recruitment market, particularly in technical recruitment, skilled trades, and blue-collar hiring.

• Capability to engage passive candidates and transform initial discussions into successful recruitment outcomes.

• Proficient in independently planning sourcing activities and managing priorities efficiently.

• Proactive and solution-focused mindset with the ability to foresee business needs.

• Skilled in building robust relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Competent in leveraging market insights and data to inform sourcing decisions.
