Talent Acquisition Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and implementation of both active and passive executive recruitment strategies.

• Actively seek out and connect with talent across various disciplines.

• Take initiative to create and maintain diverse talent pipelines.

• Conduct research and talent mapping for target organizations.

• Collaborate with Senior Executive Recruiters, Human Resources, and Hiring Executives to establish candidate profiles and search strategies.

• Aid in preparing candidate presentations for Executive Recruiters, HR, and Hiring Executives.

• Undertake special projects as required, providing expertise in sourcing, recruitment processes, or other specialized areas.

• Continuously enhance knowledge of the Ford business, competitors, and market trends to engage passive candidates and convey the Ford narrative.

• Work in tandem with other colleagues in Executive Talent Acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 5 years of proven success in attracting and recruiting executive-level talent.

• More than 3 years of experience in executive search within either search firms or corporate environments.

• Skilled in using enterprise ATS, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and various other recruiting tools and technologies.

• Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
