📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for intricate roles, emphasizing quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.

• Create and implement sourcing strategies that are aligned with business objectives and talent markets.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct structured interviews, assess candidates, and make informed decisions.

• Work in conjunction with HRBPs, Compensation, and TA colleagues to ensure alignment on leveling and processes.

• Utilize recruiting data to guide decisions and enhance hiring results.

• Promote inclusive hiring practices and ensure equitable experiences for candidates.

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders for complex and impactful positions.

• Assist in attracting outstanding talent to Sinch through thoughtful, inclusive, and high-quality hiring experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, or equivalent qualifications.

• Proven experience in recruiting for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and various Go-to-Market functions.

• Capability to proactively develop talent communities and pipelines to meet both immediate and future hiring demands.

• Proficiency in managing complex or high-impact requisitions while juggling competing priorities.

• Experience in recruiting within global, technical, or commercial sectors.

• Advanced sourcing skills across diverse channels and markets.

• Ability to exercise independent judgment when managing complex roles and guiding candidate interactions.

• Skill in leveraging data and insights to influence hiring decisions and improve outcomes.

• Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-volume, or intricate recruiting settings.

• Commitment to equitable, inclusive hiring practices and embodying Sinch's values of trust, transparency, and accountability.

• This role is remote, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Atlanta area.
