This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Act as a strategic partner for talent acquisition to hiring managers in the Relationship Management/Sales, Risk, and Investment sectors.
• Offer market insights, recruiting expertise, and innovative solutions for talent acquisition.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer consultation, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to formulate talent acquisition strategies and pipelines.
• Utilize recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and industry trends to enhance recruiting effectiveness and improve hiring results.
• Elevate the employer brand through strategic sourcing, recruiting technologies, digital platforms, and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Organize interviews, interview events, and manage communications with stakeholders.
• Equip hiring teams to evaluate talent and support well-informed hiring decisions.
• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and potential, providing well-founded recommendations.
• Employ sourcing tools, networking strategies, and talent market research to connect with both active and passive candidates.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system while adhering to established processes.
• Share insights and best practices with junior recruiters and contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team.
• 3-5+ years of experience in talent acquisition directly related to the responsibilities of the role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Proven track record of consulting with hiring managers and providing strategic guidance in talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing various priorities.
