Talent Acquisition Partner – Fixed Term Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment process for both corporate and technical positions, including sourcing, screening, offer support, and onboarding coordination.

• Partner with hiring managers to grasp role specifications, align on candidate profiles, and ensure effective communication.

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing avenues.

• Engage passive candidates through various channels.

• Guarantee a positive and consistent candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.

• Adhere to established talent acquisition processes and tools, including Greenhouse, Workday, or comparable ATS.

• Identify and suggest opportunities for process enhancement.

• Monitor recruiting activities and ensure accurate data in the ATS.

• Provide pipeline updates to hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leads.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Finance on headcount planning and offer execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate functions and/or technical roles within North America.

• Excellent sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates through various channels.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS like Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, or similar.

• Strong, organized communication skills with the capability to manage multiple searches at once.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• Enthusiasm for providing an exceptional candidate experience.

• Previous recruiting experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software companies is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI-driven recruiting tools and modern sourcing technologies is preferred.

• Understanding of hiring within EMEA and/or LatAm is preferred.
