This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers within Finance and Audit, delivering market insights, recruiting expertise, and innovative talent solutions.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer consultation, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence to comprehend workforce needs and formulate talent acquisition strategies.
• Proactively establish talent pipelines for both current and future hiring requirements.
• Utilize recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and industry trends to offer consultative support.
• Enhance and promote the employer brand via sourcing strategies, recruiting technologies, digital platforms, and initiatives for candidate engagement.
• Organize and manage interviews, interview events, and communications with stakeholders.
• Equip hiring teams to evaluate talent effectively and support informed hiring choices.
• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, and potential through screening and evaluation processes.
• Employ sourcing tools, networking techniques, and talent market research to locate both active and passive candidates.
• Keep precise records of recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system and ensure adherence to processes and standards.
• Provide knowledge, best practices, and guidance to junior recruiters.
• 3-5+ years of experience in talent acquisition directly related to the specific responsibilities of this position.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to consult with hiring managers and offer strategic talent acquisition advice.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
