📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process across various business functions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their recruitment needs and formulate effective strategies.

• Conduct assessments and interviews for candidates.

• Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for all.

• Facilitate job offers and assist hiring managers in the decision-making process.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines.

• Provide support for Assessment Centers and utilize psychometric assessment tools such as Hogan and/or Korn Ferry.

• Ensure an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Work alongside the broader Talent Acquisition team to enhance recruitment processes and implement best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in comprehensive recruitment.

• Proven experience in recruiting across corporate or business functions, whether in-house, RPO, or agency.

• Skilled in conducting competency-based interviews and candidate evaluations.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple recruitment processes concurrently.

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote international setting.
