• Assist a prominent client's recruitment requirements.

• Implement comprehensive recruitment processes from start to finish.

• Match candidates' abilities with job roles and career trajectories.

• Develop candidate pipelines utilizing social platforms, industry networks, innovative research, digital outreach, and engagement campaigns.

• Manage your workload and achieve recruitment metrics and objectives.

• Promote, evaluate, assess, and present candidates for consideration.

• Champion candidates and eliminate obstacles to employment.

• Provide an outstanding hiring experience and enhance client satisfaction.

• Counsel candidates and clients on sought-after skills.

• Inform clients about local labor trends and workforce management factors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of recruiting experience (Customer Service recruiting is preferred).

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Ability to work remotely.

• Eligibility for W2 contract work.

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
