This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, initiating and implementing recruitment processes for every position.

• Collaborate with hiring managers, foster long-lasting business relationships, and serve as a Recruitment Advisor.

• Determine recruitment needs, establish hiring strategies, and source top-tier candidates through various channels.

• Create and advertise job postings on career websites, job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels.

• Actively identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn and other professional sourcing methods.

• Conduct screening calls and perform thorough interviews via phone and video.

• Maintain a positive image of Securitas Group and ensure a strong candidate experience through comprehensive feedback.

• Develop and sustain partnerships with external recruitment agencies.

• Assist and promote Employer Branding initiatives, including social media efforts, career fairs, networking events, and talent attraction programs.

• Recognize areas for process improvement and share insights to enhance recruitment processes and candidate experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Proficiency in German or French (or any other European language) is advantageous.

• Prior experience in managing end-to-end Recruitment processes within large international, complex matrix organizations (5-7 years of relevant experience is preferred).

• Experience in high-volume recruitment for operational and business roles (white-collar) – HR & Finance preferred.

• Practical understanding of direct search and candidate sourcing methodologies.

• Familiarity with leveraging social media, particularly LinkedIn.

• Strong understanding of the Warsaw recruitment market.

• Knowledge of international recruitment markets and local hiring nuances would be beneficial.

• Excellent communication skills to build solid, long-term relationships with international stakeholders.

• A keen interest in new technologies, including AI-driven tools, and a willingness to utilize them wisely to enhance workflows, boost efficiency, and identify process improvement opportunities.

• A proactive attitude and the capability to take ownership.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
