Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for each position.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and serve as a Recruitment Advisor.

• Determine recruitment requirements, agree on hiring strategies, and source high-caliber candidates.

• Develop and advertise job postings on career websites, job boards, social media, and internal channels.

• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn and other professional sourcing avenues.

• Conduct screening calls and comprehensive interviews via phone and video.

• Uphold Securitas Group’s positive reputation and ensure a favorable candidate experience through final feedback.

• Establish and nurture partnerships with external recruitment agencies.

• Assist and promote Employer Branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, career fairs, networking events, and talent attraction programs.

• Recognize process enhancements and propose ideas to improve recruitment and candidate experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Knowledge of German or French (or another European language) would be advantageous.

• 5–7 years of pertinent recruitment experience preferred.

• Prior experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes within large international, complex matrix organizations.

• Experience in high-volume recruitment for operational and business positions (white-collar); HR and Finance roles preferred.

• Practical understanding of direct search and candidate sourcing methodologies.

• Familiarity with social media platforms, including LinkedIn.

• Strong knowledge of the Warsaw recruitment landscape.

• Awareness of international recruitment markets and local hiring specifics would be beneficial.

• Exceptional communication skills for fostering long-term relationships with international stakeholders.

• Interest in new technologies, including AI-powered tools, with a readiness to utilize them judiciously.

• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to ownership.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
