📋 Description

• Identify and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and various other sourcing methods, employing innovative outreach strategies.

• Evaluate incoming resumes and screen potential candidates.

• Conduct preliminary phone interviews and organize interview schedules.

• Oversee candidate pipelines for multiple positions concurrently.

• Deliver weekly updates on the candidate pipeline and maintain the accuracy of the ATS.

• Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and represent the Placer brand effectively.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to clarify requirements, calibrate candidate evaluations, and ensure adherence to recruiting processes as per SOPs and SLAs.

• Develop expertise in Placer's products, industry landscape, and market dynamics.

• Assist the People team with projects related to recruiting and perform administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 1–4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.

• Experience in recruiting within a fast-paced SaaS or technology organization that involves shifting priorities and managing multiple roles simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and capability to work across different functions.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to following through on pipeline management, role documentation, offer paperwork, and ATS upkeep.

• Familiarity with contemporary sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems, such as Greenhouse and Lever.

• Preferred: demonstrated experience using AI tools and comfort with integrating generative AI into work processes.
