Talent Acquisition Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Oversee talent acquisition initiatives for various EVERSANA divisions throughout Europe

• Act as the main contact for talent acquisition activities

• Identify and recruit top talent in a dynamic organizational setting

• Report directly to the Senior Director of Human Resources for Europe

• Collaborate with global HR teams, the worldwide recruitment team, hiring managers, and external recruitment firms

• Manage the complete recruiting process across diverse divisions and staffing levels

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing avenues

• Advocate for the Employee Referral Program

• Screen and interview qualified candidates

• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and monitor candidate progress

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey

• Enhance and refine recruiting processes, ensuring data accuracy and effective reporting

• Represent the company's Cultural Beliefs and provide guidance on employee benefits

• Negotiate employment offers effectively

• Update candidate information in the recruitment database

• Utilize market data to inform and drive recruitment strategies

• Expand the recruitment network and enhance employer branding in the region

• Forge long-term relationships with professional networks and recruitment agencies

• Keep activity and project tracking reports updated

• Generate regular and on-demand recruitment analytics reports

• Stay informed about hiring regulations

• Perform additional assigned responsibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in recruiting, including roles as both an in-house recruiter and at an agency

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment across various European geographies

• Essential prior experience in recruiting within the pharma/life sciences, IT, consulting, commercial, or general services sectors

• Strong knowledge of hiring regulations in the European region and the UK

• Experience working in a multinational setting is preferred

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter or other Applicant Tracking Systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Outstanding attention to detail and follow-through

• Strong project management capabilities and a structured approach to work

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all organizational levels

• Strong customer-oriented mindset and sense of urgency

• Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities

• Capability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects simultaneously

• Fluency in English is mandatory

• Proficiency in additional EU languages is advantageous
