📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruiting lifecycle for GTM hiring throughout the US organization, encompassing profile definition, sourcing, interviews, references, and offers.

• Develop high-quality candidate pipelines via targeted sourcing, market mapping, referrals, networks, and innovative outbound strategies.

• Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to outline candidate profiles, align on talent calibration, design interview processes, and influence hiring decisions.

• Accelerate recruiting efficiency through effective communication, prompt feedback, and established accountability.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience.

• Enhance sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, referral programs, employer branding, and the tools and systems used in recruiting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of recruiting experience within technology firms, with substantial expertise in hiring GTM talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and/or Revenue Operations.

• A proven track record of successfully recruiting high-performing commercial talent, preferably including enterprise SaaS sales roles.

• Extensive hands-on experience in sourcing, particularly in identifying and engaging passive candidates.

• Background in a fast-paced startup or a similarly dynamic environment.

• Capability to work independently and handle multiple searches concurrently.

• Strong familiarity with contemporary sourcing tools, AI-driven recruiting platforms, and ATS systems such as Ashby or Greenhouse.

• Excellent judgment with the ability to evaluate candidates beyond their resumes.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence in collaborating directly with senior leaders and challenging assumptions when necessary.

• Experience in recruiting for B2B SaaS companies is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of legal tech is an advantage.
