This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Directly source, recruit, and coordinate the placement of exceptional talent for leadership support, covering both exempt and non-exempt roles.

• Discover innovative and effective strategies for sourcing qualified candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to ascertain needs and offer guidance on recruitment methodologies and market insights.

• Work alongside leaders on offer strategies, including salary recommendations, total rewards, and approaches for closing candidates.

• Provide a high-touch, concierge-level experience for candidates from the initial engagement through to onboarding.

• Organize on-site interviews with the leadership team and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken.

• Manage multiple job requisitions concurrently across various metropolitan areas.

• Engage in the full-cycle recruitment process.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of Talent Acquisition processes, tools, and practices.

• Identify suitable candidates for both exempt and non-exempt positions within a growing healthcare organization that operates across multiple locations and business lines.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with an emphasis on strategic recruiting.

• At least 5 years of experience recruiting across various disciplines, such as Life Sciences, Sales, Laboratory Operations, Customer Service, Scientific roles, Information Technology, Marketing, Quality, Compliance, and Legal.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System.

• Ability to influence hiring decisions and provide consultative support in recruiting.

• Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and leadership across functional areas.

• Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels and building talent pipelines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, as well as Applicant Tracking Systems and business-related internet usage.

• Experience in a process-driven environment is preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage open positions with meticulous attention to detail are preferred.

• Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism is preferred.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects while adhering to delivery timelines and maintaining quality under pressure is preferred.

• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods.

• Must perform repetitive motions.

• Crouching and bending may be necessary for file retrieval.

• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

• Willingness to work shifts and overtime is required.

• Successful completion of the pre-employment process, which includes a criminal background check, drug screening, relevant credit check, and reference verification.
