Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Schedule and facilitate interviews across various stakeholders and time zones.

• Take ownership of proactive communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Keep the hiring manager updated on the status of the hiring process.

• Manage the generation and distribution of offer letters.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders during the offer, background check, and pre-start phases.

• Ensure the accuracy of hiring documentation.

• Administer and enhance the talent acquisition technology stack, including ATS, scheduling platforms, and assessment tools.

• Develop and maintain hiring reports and dashboards.

• Extract insights from hiring data for informed decision-making.

• Identify areas of friction in the candidate and hiring manager experience and lead projects for improvement.

• Introduce AI and automation opportunities to the team.

• Question existing processes and support suggested improvements with data-driven evidence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in talent acquisition operations, HR operations, or recruiting coordination.

• Proven track record in managing interview scheduling and offer processes at scale.

• Hands-on experience with ATS and related recruiting tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision across different time zones.

• Based in Mexico, Costa Rica, or Argentina, legally eligible to contract.

• Experience supporting a technology or SaaS hiring function.

• Background in process improvement and articulating resulting outcomes.

• Interest in AI within recruiting and previous experimentation with it.

• Comfortable questioning ineffective hiring-manager processes with suggested alternatives.
