This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Identify and attract candidates via LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and various online platforms.

• Evaluate CVs to ensure alignment with job specifications.

• Create a shortlist of qualified candidates.

• Keep candidate records and updates current in the recruitment system.

• Initiate contact with candidates through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

• Provide detailed information about job roles, salary ranges, locations, and the hiring process.

• Organize interviews and manage follow-ups effectively.

• Ensure professional and ethical communication throughout the process.

• Accurately update the status of candidates.

• Share daily activity reports.

• Assist with interview scheduling and necessary documentation.

• Adhere to internal SOPs, timelines, and confidentiality protocols.

• Complete remote training and participate in live recruitment tasks under supervision.

• Training will cover recruitment fundamentals, job description analysis, candidate sourcing and screening methods, professional communication for recruiters, ethical hiring practices, basics of UAE recruitment, and the use of ATS/CRM systems for reporting.
