Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Organize and coordinate interviews involving multiple stakeholders across various time zones.

• Take charge of proactive communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Keep the hiring manager updated by consistently providing status reports.

• Oversee the creation and distribution of offer letters.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders during the offer, background verification, and pre-employment phases.

• Ensure precision in every document produced.

• Manage and enhance the Talent Acquisition technology stack, including ATS, scheduling tools, and assessment platforms.

• Develop and sustain hiring reports and dashboards.

• Extract insights from hiring data.

• Identify challenges in the candidate and hiring manager experience and spearhead improvement initiatives.

• Introduce AI and automation possibilities to the team.

• Evaluate existing processes and suggest evidence-based alternatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in talent acquisition operations, HR operations, or recruiting coordination.

• Proven history of managing interview scheduling and offer processes at scale.

• Practical experience with ATS and related recruiting tools.

• Outstanding attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision across various time zones.

• Must be located in Mexico, Costa Rica, or Argentina.

• Legally eligible to contract.

• Demonstrated experience in enhancing processes and articulating measurable outcomes.

• Interest in AI applications in recruiting and prior experience experimenting with it.

• Confident in challenging inefficient hiring-manager processes and suggesting alternatives.

• Experience in supporting a technology or SaaS hiring function.
