Talent Acquisition Operations Partner

📋 Description

• Lead the transition towards an AI-First talent acquisition framework.

• Revamp the entire recruitment process into efficient, AI-driven talent pipelines, encompassing sourcing, screening, scheduling, and engagement.

• Create and update a contemporary best-practices playbook for Talent Acquisition.

• Develop and implement ongoing learning initiatives and onboarding programs for Talent Acquisition.

• Spearhead change management strategies for the implementation of new tools, monitoring adoption rates and collecting feedback.

• Facilitate the transition for hiring teams to incorporate AI-driven top-of-funnel assessment insights into focused human interviews.

• Serve as the principal business architect for the global Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem.

• Ensure seamless interoperability among Workday HCM, Ashby ATS, Gem CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and automated coordination systems.

• Partner with People Tech to create native Workday workflows that integrate AI assessment platforms, job boards, and automated communication tools.

• Design dashboards to measure recruiting KPIs and AI efficiency metrics utilizing Workday, Tableau, or PowerBI.

• Convert process data and adoption metrics into high-level insights for workforce planning and investment in tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

• Minimum of 2 years focusing extensively on TA Operations, Enablement, or AI-driven process redesign.

• Demonstrated success in constructing AI-native workflows using tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, Eightfold AI, Gem, Juicebox, Noonai, or similar platforms.

• Proven ability to create structured candidate assessment criteria.

• 2–3 years of practical experience in configuring and optimizing workflows and integrations in Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, Ashby, or other leading ATS.

• Strong expertise in corporate training, instructional design, or change management.

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Experience in visualizing process metrics with Tableau, PowerBI, or DOMO.

• Outstanding ability to convey complex technical processes, AI logic, and limitations into clear, empathetic, and actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders and hiring managers.

• Preferred: Experience in Ashby Implementation and Optimization.

• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification.

• Preferred: Background in leading global change management initiatives.
