Talent Acquisition Officer – BPO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruiting process, encompassing sourcing, selection, job offers, and onboarding.

• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to coordinate hiring activities and identify talent.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on requirements and ensure the acquisition of suitable candidates.

• Draft and publish job advertisements across various online platforms.

• Aid in the screening of resumes and conducting initial phone interviews.

• Administer applications within the Applicant Tool System.

• Address and resolve issues promptly.

• Achieve results within established deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in high-volume BPO recruitment.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Proficient in recruiting and interviewing techniques.

• Familiarity with phone and online meeting platforms.

• Strong interpersonal abilities.

• Capable of both receiving and providing direction.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Knowledge of Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets is a plus.
