This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist with daily candidate sourcing, coordination with hiring managers, and recruitment administration.
• Oversee the complete hiring process from initial telephone screenings to the coordination of assessment centres.
• Confirm vacancy details, candidate profiles, work locations, hours, and rosters with hiring managers.
• Draft and update position descriptions and job advertisements.
• Promote job vacancies on authorized internal and external recruitment platforms.
• Source, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on established selection criteria.
• Conduct telephone screenings and arrange interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare interview questions and facilitate consistent assessments of candidates.
• Carry out reference checks and relay recruitment outcomes.
• Organize assessment centres and psychometric testing as needed.
• Manage employment offers through the designated electronic onboarding system.
• Confirm working rights, visa status, police checks, Working with Children Checks, and other job-specific requirements.
• Gather licenses, qualifications, vaccination documentation, and client-specific paperwork.
• Follow up with candidates to complete onboarding forms and necessary information.
• Coordinate company, online, and client-site orientation sessions.
• Provide completed employee information to payroll and relevant internal departments.
• Ensure that mandatory checks and approvals are finalized before employee start dates.
• Maintain precise vacancy and candidate information in applicant tracking and HR systems.
• Update hiring managers on recruitment progress and outstanding tasks.
• Keep recruitment trackers updated with vacancy status, candidate progress, and expected start dates.
• Create job-ready candidate pipelines for recurring, high-volume, or challenging roles.
• Remove outdated advertisements and keep accurate recruitment records.
• Identify recruitment delays, compliance issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Execute other role-specific duties as they arise.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or a similar internal recruitment position.
• Experience in supporting or managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with advertising job vacancies, screening applications, and conducting telephone interviews.
• Experience in coordinating interviews, reference checks, employment offers, and onboarding processes.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and meticulous recordkeeping capabilities.
• Confidence in communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and operational stakeholders.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system, HR information system, or electronic onboarding platform.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Capability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Recruitment experience in facility services, cleaning, maintenance, security, or other contract-based service environments (preferred).
• Background in recruiting high-volume, frontline, mobile, or site-based employees (preferred).
• Experience in coordinating police checks, verifying working rights, and managing client-specific compliance requirements (preferred).
• Exposure to contract mobilization or urgent workforce ramp-up projects (preferred).
• Experience in building candidate pipelines for recurring vacancies (preferred).
• Basic understanding of Australian employment legislation and the industrial relations framework (preferred).
• Work from home.
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST/AEDT (adjustments will be made for daylight saving time).
