This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of comprehensive hiring processes for a multi-market manufacturing organization across the United States and Europe.
• Oversee high-volume and high-turnover recruitment for seasonal warehouse pickers, packers, and customer service teams.
• Source candidates for business support positions in Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, HR, and Sales at all levels of seniority.
• Conduct senior-level searches for Head of and Director positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the European Centre of Excellence.
• Execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for new job openings.
• Achieve and surpass partnership Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and objectives.
• Manage specified hiring activity volumes with the assistance of technology and the Centre of Excellence.
• Uphold quality benchmarks for Talent Acquisition Partners and Centre of Excellence support.
• Ensure excellent experiences for hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
• Provide insights, reports, and talent/market intelligence in collaboration with the Partnership Director.
• Suggest and implement enhancements to the client's Talent Acquisition function and processes.
• Identify opportunities for Instant Impact to deliver value through expertise, tools, or solutions.
• Share best practices, ideas, and outcomes of partnerships.
• Facilitate internal coaching and training sessions.
• Advocate for Instant Impact's values and culture.
• Prior experience in recruitment for both the US and Europe is crucial.
• Ideally possess experience in Logistics or Manufacturing along with office support roles.
• Proven track record managing a diverse portfolio of high-volume, quick turnaround hiring alongside senior, skilled searches.
• Confidence in navigating multiple markets, legal entities, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
• Previous experience within an in-house or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment is essential.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• A customer-centric mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service and fostering long-term professional relationships.
• Comfort in working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to work US East Coast hours, approximately 11am–8pm or 12pm–9pm UK time.
• The flexibility to work from any location for up to 4 weeks each year.
