Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Lead and continually improve Worldwide's global recruitment strategy, processes, and best practices in talent acquisition.

• Inspire, mentor, and cultivate a team of recruiters across various regions.

• Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to foresee hiring needs and provide proactive talent solutions.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering market insights, innovative sourcing methods, and recruitment expertise.

• Foster a top-notch candidate experience and enhance Worldwide's employer brand.

• Oversee recruitment for senior and critical business positions from sourcing to offer negotiation.

• Utilize recruitment data and performance metrics to enhance outcomes and support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure the Talent Acquisition team has access to the necessary resources, tools, and development opportunities to thrive.

• Manage recruitment systems and technologies.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external recruitment agencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

• A minimum of 2 years managing recruiters, preferably in a global organization.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate, develop, and support a team.

• Proven ability to drive the recruitment process and establish credibility as a trusted advisor.

• Capability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good business acumen and robust critical-thinking skills.

• Experience in a CRO environment is a plus, though not mandatory.

• Proven track record of motivating and guiding others.
