This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Talent Acquisition, working closely with HR and business partners to strategize and implement recruitment initiatives.

• Design and execute both immediate and long-term talent acquisition strategies across locations in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.

• Assess and enhance Talent Acquisition systems, processes, technologies, and the entire recruitment lifecycle.

• Create reporting and analytics capabilities using HRIS & People Analytics to evaluate recruiting performance and inform decision-making.

• Initiate employment marketing campaigns through social media, paid media, job boards, email marketing, and grassroots outreach.

• Track and analyze talent marketing data, return on investment (ROI), targeting, expenditures, content effectiveness, engagement, and follow-up actions.

• Advocate for fair and unbiased hiring practices while successfully attracting a diverse pool of talent.

• Build and sustain professional networks with vendors, including educational institutions, alumni associations, staffing agencies, technology platforms, and job boards.

• Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, company policies, and selection processes.

• Oversee external recruiting partners, evaluating their performance, costs, service levels, and return on investment.

• Carry out additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.

• A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in Human Resources, encompassing talent acquisition, people leadership, and stakeholder influence at all organizational tiers is required.

• Previous direct people leadership experience is required.

• Proven experience in developing and executing employment marketing strategies, including effective use of job boards, social media, sourcing techniques, candidate engagement campaigns, and ROI measurement in collaboration with Employment Marketing is required.

• Experience in managing external recruiting agencies, search firms, and other talent acquisition vendors is required.

• Proven track record in developing recruiting KPIs, reporting, analytics, and executive dashboards that offer actionable insights into recruiting performance, hiring outcomes, and workforce trends is required.

• Experience in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies to streamline recruiting processes, enhance efficiency, and achieve measurable results is required.

• Experience leading talent acquisition initiatives across the United States is required.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and related recruiting technologies is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives and introducing new processes, technologies, and operational methods throughout an organization is required.

• Proven creative problem-solving abilities involving innovative recruiting strategies, tools, and processes are essential.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

• Strong partnership and relationship-building abilities are required.

• Knowledge of federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations affecting recruitment is essential.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is necessary.

• Exceptional organizational, project management, and follow-through skills are required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel, is required.

• Experience in manufacturing, food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or a similar operational environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with hiring practices, employment regulations, and talent markets in Canada and Mexico is strongly preferred.

• In-house, full-cycle recruiting experience is preferred.

• Experience in recruiting for executive and senior leadership positions is preferred.

• Familiarity with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Oracle HCM, or related enterprise recruiting systems is preferred.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are preferred.
