Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete hiring process across 6 franchise locations in Pennsylvania, from initial meetings and job formulation to sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and transitioning to onboarding.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for roles in restoration, management, and field operations by utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, cold outreach, and local trade networks.

• Partner with Franchise Managers and leadership to anticipate hiring requirements, align on candidate profiles, and enhance selection processes.

• Improve interview frameworks, tracking systems, and candidate communication points.

• Monitor Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Retention metrics to refine talent strategies and enhance bonus opportunities.

• Lead the talent acquisition strategy, talent pipeline development, hiring initiatives, and elevate the employer brand across all 6 Pennsylvania locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition management.

• Direct recruitment experience in the Restoration Industry, Construction, Trades, Logistics, or multi-location Field Services is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated capability to manage recruitment for both non-exempt and exempt positions across multiple operational sites or franchise locations simultaneously.

• Must reside in and operate strictly within Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday).
