Talent Acquisition Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team that supports field, contact center, or supply chain recruiting and selection efforts.

• Enhance team performance through effective leadership and coaching on KPIs and talent acquisition skills.

• Recruit, develop, train, and motivate direct reports at various levels within the organization.

• Evaluate KPIs and other relevant data to analyze team performance and identify trends.

• Create innovative and tailored talent acquisition strategies utilizing data and competitive insights.

• Recognize challenges and drive resolutions by developing effective solutions.

• Collaborate with business leaders to formulate talent sourcing and assessment strategies.

• Persuade leaders and business partners to implement efficient hiring processes.

• Collaborate across functions with the COE regarding advertising strategies and budget suggestions.

• Promote the adoption and effective use of recruitment tools.

• Lead initiatives that support team projects and continuous improvement efforts.

• Execute other assigned responsibilities as necessary.

• Adhere to all organizational policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience is required.

• 4–6 years of relevant experience is required.

• Prior experience in talent acquisition and leadership is preferred.

• Experience with Workday is preferred.

• Excellent written, verbal presentation, and negotiation abilities are essential.
