This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three internal recruiters located in the US and Poland.
• Own and implement Ledgebrook's comprehensive talent acquisition strategy across various hiring locations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to grasp role specifications and provide talent for essential positions.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, oversee workload distribution, and assess partner ROI.
• Discover innovative talent communities, channels, and sourcing techniques.
• Collaborate with the People team on aspects related to compensation, benefits, and employee experience.
• Drive employer branding efforts in partnership with the Experience team.
• Track time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline conversion, and other recruitment metrics.
• Report on recruitment outcomes and identify areas for enhancement.
• Optimize recruitment processes and tools to boost efficiency and improve candidate experience.
• Over 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• More than 2 years of experience in leading or managing a recruitment team.
• Experience in hiring across various geographic regions, ideally within a fast-paced or tech-oriented sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and nurture a distributed team.
• Experience overseeing external recruitment agency relationships, including negotiating terms and assessing partner performance and ROI.
• Capability to develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business growth.
• Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics, including reporting and dashboards.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities while ensuring organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in a high-growth startup environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of the insurance or InsurTech sector (preferred).
• Experience in recruiting or managing teams across multiple countries, with an understanding of hiring practices in Poland (preferred).
• Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, AI tools, and data-driven hiring approaches (preferred).
• Experience in promoting and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process (preferred).
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization; sponsorship is not available.
