This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and execute sourcing strategies to align with forecasted staffing requirements.
• Discover recruiting tools and focused channels to engage both active and passive candidates.
• Cultivate and enhance the employment brand.
• Guide the COO Talent Team through coaching, mentoring, payroll management, and issue resolution.
• Spearhead cross-departmental HR and recruiting initiatives.
• Collaborate with FP&A and HRBPs on ADM and DM hiring, compensation, employee referral, and bonus reporting.
• Work alongside COO field leaders to identify recruiting needs and address regional staffing challenges.
• Relay hiring timelines, onboarding blackout periods, system updates, compliance mandates, and seasonal milestones.
• Engage in office hour calls, recruiting discussions, and Teams communications.
• Manage relationships with CareerPlug and Indeed vendors, assessing sourcing effectiveness, sponsorship results, and ROI.
• Oversee the setup of CareerPlug requisitions, system maintenance, audits, and UKG Onboarding integrations.
• Supervise recruiting tickets, the Recruiting Inbox, and Teams channels to ensure prompt issue resolution.
• Analyze staffing funnels and recruiting metrics using HRIS.
• Assess hiring funnel movement and recruitment performance.
• Design and present recruiting and onboarding training, job aids, SOPs, templates, checklists, trackers, and process documentation.
• Drive seasonal staffing preparedness across recruiter execution, requisition strategy, candidate pipelines, reporting, issue resolution, and communication with the field.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business is preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, human resources, or retail management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or lead role is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the creation of formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, and handling large data sets.
• Experience in consulting and advising leaders on recruitment, interviewing, and candidate selection is preferred.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement and agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing candidate pipelines and requisitions within an ATS.
• Eligibility to work legally in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• PTIN Certification: Required for tax preparer applicants.
