This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +4 more countries.
• Oversee and implement the recruitment process for the organization.
• Manage daily hiring tasks and uphold organized candidate pipelines.
• Arrange interviews with departmental leaders.
• Identify, source, and attract talent across various departments.
• Perform structured screening interviews to evaluate capabilities, cultural fit, motivation, and alignment.
• Handle interview scheduling and candidate communications from start to finish.
• Employ structured scorecards and evaluation frameworks for uniform assessments.
• Prepare and present job offers, negotiate terms, and maintain high closing rates.
• Guide new hires from their first day and ensure readiness for onboarding and early success.
• Keep thorough candidate notes and monitor candidate interactions.
• Enhance hiring systems, interview frameworks, onboarding processes, and reporting methods.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, onboarding success, and pipeline health.
• Investigate industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Collaborate with departmental leaders and the CEO to ascertain role requirements, refine job postings, and align hiring strategies with long-term growth objectives.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience in hiring across various functions.
• Background in dynamic online businesses, preferably in marketing, coaching, or education (strong preference).
• Skillful in using LinkedIn and Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workable.
• Knowledge of assessment tools, scorecards, and structured interview processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and confidence.
• Strong organizational and process management abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and take complete responsibility for talent acquisition.
