• Oversee the daily operations of the Talent Acquisition department.
• Implement effective recruiting strategies and provide exceptional support to hiring managers throughout the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists responsible for comprehensive recruiting.
• Offer daily guidance, prioritization, and assistance to achieve hiring objectives and service expectations.
• Set performance benchmarks and deliver coaching, development, and constructive feedback.
• Cultivate a collaborative, customer-centric culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage Talent Acquisition workflows, policies, and recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, HRIS, Compensation, and other teams to address business requirements.
• Enhance efficiency, optimize workflows, shorten cycle times, and improve experiences for candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure that recruitment practices adhere to legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
• Promote the adoption and effective use of recruitment technologies and process improvements.
• Coordinate with HRIS regarding recruiting technology, system enhancements, integrations, process improvements, and reporting.
• Create, maintain, and analyze recruiting dashboards and performance metrics.
• Track and evaluate time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, experience, recruiter productivity, and quality-of-hire metrics.
• Leverage labor market data, compensation benchmarks, and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations.
• Convert recruiting metrics and market intelligence into valuable business insights.
• Assist in workforce planning and talent discussions through data-driven recommendations.
• Manage relationships with Talent Acquisition vendors, agency partners, staffing firms, and recruiting technology providers.
• Oversee vendor performance, service delivery, contract renewals, compliance, spending effectiveness, and partnerships.
• Serve as the business owner for HireVue, HiredScore, Appcast, and other talent acquisition solutions.
• Build strong partnerships with leaders, hiring managers, and executive stakeholders.
• Advise on talent market trends, recruiting strategies, workforce requirements, and hiring methods.
• Facilitate intake meetings, hiring discussions, talent reviews, and recruitment strategy sessions.
• Guide leaders on legally compliant interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques.
• Lead or assist with recruitment for executive, confidential, specialized, or critical business positions.
• Step in for full-cycle recruiting and independently manage requisitions during peak demand or other business necessities.
• Support sourcing strategies, candidate engagement initiatives, enterprise talent programs, succession planning, and special projects.
• Report to the Senior Director of HR / Talent Management.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Prior experience in leading, coaching, or mentoring recruiters, talent acquisition specialists, or recruitment teams.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment operations, workforce planning, recruiting technology, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Experience in developing and analyzing recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reports.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to translate recruitment data into actionable insights.
• Proven ability to collaborate with leaders across various organizational tiers.
• Demonstrated capacity to handle competing priorities and influence decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Preferred: Experience with Workday Recruiting or other enterprise-level applicant tracking systems.
• Preferred: Familiarity with recruiting technology platforms such as HiredScore, HireVue, Appcast, talent intelligence tools, or similar solutions.
• Preferred: Experience managing external recruiting vendors and strategic partnerships.
• Preferred: Utilization of labor market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and competitive talent data to inform recruitment strategies.
• Preferred: Experience in telecommunications, technology, utilities, consumer services, or multi-location operational recruiting.
• Preferred: Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, AIRS, or related credentials.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
