Talent Acquisition Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Establishing a systematic approach for the Talent Acquisition team through quantitative and qualitative KPIs, analytics, and regular performance assessments.

• Managing and developing a team of middle/senior recruiters.

• Enhancing recruitment operations: time to hire, SLA, ATS, data quality, reporting, and the effectiveness of the hiring funnel.

• Forming and scaling the TA team in line with the business's hiring needs.

• Recruiting new recruiters, developing the existing team, and collaborating with contractors.

• Creating a transparent performance management approach for the recruitment team.

• Interacting with hiring managers at various levels and the Head of TA.

• Developing a structured candidate assessment, candidate experience, and candidate engagement.

• Analyzing recruitment processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing changes for faster and higher-quality vacancy closures.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing a recruitment team in a product company.

• Experience in managing strong middle/senior specialists and developing an autonomous team.

• Practical experience in building or significantly improving recruitment operations and systematic processes.

• Deep understanding of recruitment analytics, team KPIs, hiring funnels, and vacancy performance metrics.

• Experience in systematic recruiting and developing structured candidate assessments.

• Extensive interaction experience with hiring managers at various levels—from new managers to C-level executives.

• Good understanding of the Ukrainian IT market and its talent landscape.

• English proficiency at the Intermediate level or higher.
