Talent Acquisition Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee candidate pipelines within the ATS system.

• Organize interviews and handle scheduling efficiently.

• Ensure candidates receive prompt, considerate, and clear communication throughout their journey.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to monitor candidates and follow up on subsequent actions.

• Enhance recruitment processes, systems, and operational rhythms by identifying obstacles and repetitive tasks.

• Keep accurate records of candidate data, recruiting documentation, and hiring funnel reports.

• Attention to detail.

• A genuine curiosity about systems along with a willingness to learn new tools and processes.

• A proactive approach and comfort with independently resolving challenges.

• Capability to identify and enhance broken, inefficient, or manual processes.

• Immediate availability to start.

• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, operations, or familiarity with an ATS is advantageous but not mandatory.
