This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain the Applicant Tracking System

• Coordinate and conduct phone screening interviews

• Assist in the execution of a Recruiting Best Practices strategy

• Support the creation of an event calendar that includes career fairs, on-campus visits, and networking events

• Aid in the reporting and analysis of the candidate pipeline

• Contribute to the development of effective recruiting practices

• Ensure a top-notch experience for every candidate

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program for Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field

• Relevant background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, or Organizational Development

• Enthusiasm for working in startups

• Proven experience with Claude or similar large language model tools is essential

• Proficient in using AI to boost productivity, research, and communication

• Diligent, driven, ambitious, self-directed, with a positive attitude

• Strong commitment to high standards and quality outcomes

• Openness to challenge the status quo and innovate new solutions

• Capability to make prompt decisions and take calculated risks

• Ability to build trust through careful listening, honest communication, and respectful interactions
