Talent Acquisition Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the full cycle of recruitment for IT and technology-related roles.

• Identify potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and various recruitment sources.

• Evaluate resumes and select candidates that meet both technical and business criteria.

• Arrange interviews and facilitate communication among candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

• Keep precise candidate information and recruitment metrics updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Aid in managing the candidate pipeline and conducting talent mapping activities.

• Support recruitment analytics and conduct market intelligence research.

• Participate in employer branding efforts and recruitment events as necessary.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently a student in the final semesters of Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong enthusiasm for Talent Acquisition and IT recruitment.

• Proficient in English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
