This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead talent acquisition efforts for essential Research roles, concentrating on senior and highly specialized scientific professionals.
• Formulate targeted sourcing strategies within academia, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, research, and innovation sectors.
• Collaborate with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Research leaders to comprehend strategic talent needs and create proactive talent strategies.
• Discover and connect with passive candidates using innovative sourcing techniques and relationship-focused outreach.
• Establish talent pipelines to address immediate hiring demands and support future organizational expansion.
• Create talent attraction strategies for competitive and mission-critical roles.
• Perform talent mapping and competitive analyses of talent landscapes across therapeutic domains, research platforms, scientific fields, and target organizations.
• Monitor industry trends, scientific talent shifts, organizational changes, and emerging areas of expertise.
• Provide actionable market intelligence regarding talent availability, organizational structures, talent concentration, and competitive environments.
• Assist in workforce planning and strategic growth discussions by delivering data-driven talent insights.
• Cultivate and enhance strategic talent networks within the global scientific community.
• Engage with scientific leaders at conferences, professional gatherings, academic collaborations, and innovation ecosystems.
• Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with scientists, research leaders, and emerging scientific talent.
• Create targeted talent communities aligned with key therapeutic areas, research platforms, and future pipeline requirements.
• Manage and enrich Research talent databases and talent networks.
• Monitor talent movements, scientific accomplishments, publications, patents, leadership advancements, and organizational transformations.
• Utilize advanced sourcing methodologies, talent intelligence tools, scientific research materials, publications, conferences, professional networks, and referral sources.
• Employ AI-driven sourcing technologies and market research tools.
• Refine talent discovery strategies based on data insights and market feedback.
• Disseminate market intelligence and sourcing best practices throughout the Talent Acquisition organization.
• Contribute to establishing a top-tier Research Talent Scouting capability that supports BeOne’s long-term innovation strategy.
• Over 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• More than 5 years of experience in Executive Search, talent sourcing, talent intelligence, or specialized scientific recruiting.
• A creative thinker and disruptor.
• A genuine Sourcer/Hunter/Scout mindset.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging passive candidates for highly specialized or leadership-level positions.
• Experience in supporting Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Research, or Innovation-centric organizations.
• Proficiency in talent mapping, organizational research, competitive intelligence, and market analysis.
• Strong sourcing abilities utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other research platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and influencing capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert market intelligence into actionable business insights.
• Preferred: Degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Medicine, or related scientific fields.
• Experience in supporting executive-level or highly specialized Research recruitment.
• Prior experience in conducting strategic talent intelligence and workforce planning projects.
• Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights, SeekOut, HireEZ, Talent Neuron, GEM, or similar solutions.
• Comprehensive understanding of the global scientific talent landscape and research ecosystem.
