📋 Description

• Proactively identify, attract, and build relationships with high-potential candidates for executive and senior leadership positions.

• Foster and maintain long-term relationships with both current and prospective leaders through consistent engagement.

• Utilize social media, WorkDay, and professional networking platforms to build trust and generate interest in the organization.

• Create internal talent pipelines, minimize agency costs, and enhance recruitment processes.

• Track and document the career development of leaders from their entry into the company to their advancement into senior roles.

• Partner with HR and business leaders on succession planning and initiatives for leadership development.

• Design and implement recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to support the integration of newly acquired businesses.

• Report directly to the CHRO for the Portfolio and work collaboratively with senior HR leaders and business unit executives as an individual contributor.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in recruitment, demonstrating a successful history of placing candidates in Vice-President and C-suite positions.

• Extensive knowledge of executive search methodologies, market mapping, and talent assessment techniques.

• Proven expertise in both internal talent development and engaging external candidates.

• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, X, and professional forums) and digital recruitment tools to connect with top talent.

• Strong analytical skills for monitoring candidate progress, evaluating leadership potential, and providing reports on talent pipeline metrics.
