
Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assess assigned ServiceNow requests to ensure they are complete and update ticket status along with processing notes.
• Input and revise candidate, worker, position, job, organizational, and hiring details in Workday.
• Execute routine seasonal and temporary hiring transactions, ensuring they are monitored until completion or handoff.
• Cross-reference information across ServiceNow, Workday, templates, and supporting documents.
• Supervise ServiceNow tickets, Workday inbox items, and other work queues.
• Gather, organize, and document necessary hiring paperwork.
• Reach out to hiring managers, HR representatives, candidates, and internal partners for any missing information and regular updates.
• Sustain operational trackers and furnish data on volume, completion, and outstanding items.
• Recognize and report system errors, duplicate records, process exceptions, conflicting information, and overdue dependencies.
• Manage candidate and employee information securely in compliance with privacy and records-management regulations.
• Prior experience in data entry, administration, Human Resources, recruitment coordination, customer service, or high-volume transaction processing.
• Familiarity with handling confidential personal or employment-related information.
• Experience adhering to standardized procedures, checklists, or service-level agreements.
• Proficient and efficient keyboarding and data-entry capabilities.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Capability to learn and navigate Workday, ServiceNow, and associated digital tools.
• Ability to compare data across systems and source documents effectively.
• Skill in maintaining clear, complete, and retrievable electronic records.
• Proficient in using trackers, filters, and fundamental spreadsheet functions.
• Excellent professional written communication abilities.
• Capacity to follow written procedures and consistently complete standardized workflows.
• Willingness to understand and support the mission and objectives of The Salvation Army in Canada and Bermuda.
• Preferably completed post-secondary education in Human Resources, business administration, office administration, or a related field.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may also be considered.
