This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to validate vacancy needs, candidate specifications, recruitment priorities, and timelines.
• Create and distribute job advertisements across authorized recruitment platforms and sourcing channels.
• Evaluate applications and create a shortlist of candidates based on established position criteria.
• Conduct preliminary telephone screenings to gauge experience, availability, and suitability for the role.
• Organize interviews, assessments, reference checks, and candidate communications.
• Prepare recruitment documentation and assist with employment offers and contracts.
• Professionally communicate outcomes and provide timely updates to candidates.
• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, internal databases, referrals, and other avenues.
• Build candidate pipelines for recurring, specialized, high-volume, and challenging-to-fill positions.
• Assist with recruitment for operational, technical, trade, site-based, and corporate roles.
• Contribute to recruitment campaigns, entry-level programs, industry partnerships, and outreach efforts.
• Keep precise candidate information updated in the applicant tracking system.
• Oversee police checks, right-to-work verification, licenses, qualifications, security clearances, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Ensure all candidate documentation and approvals are finalized before their start date.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and operational teams to facilitate the transition from recruitment to onboarding.
• Maintain confidential recruitment records per privacy regulations and company policies.
• Ensure recruitment practices align with Australian employment laws and inclusive hiring principles.
• Foster relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and operational leaders.
• Provide updates on vacancy status, candidate availability, and pending actions.
• Follow up with stakeholders to advance recruitment processes and minimize delays.
• Escalate recruitment risks, compliance issues, and challenging vacancies.
• Monitor time-to-hire, vacancy status, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.
• Assist with recruitment reporting, employer branding initiatives, and ongoing process improvements.
• Perform other specific duties related to the role as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation pertaining to recruitment and selection.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, recruitment administration, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to support multiple vacancies and recruitment activities simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with advertising roles, screening applications, and organizing interviews.
• Experience in conducting reference checks and managing pre-employment requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and proficient record-keeping skills.
• Confidence in communicating with candidates, hiring managers, and senior stakeholders.
• Capability to assess candidates based on defined position requirements and selection criteria.
• Professional and service-oriented approach to candidate and stakeholder interactions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage confidential candidate and employee information appropriately.
• Proactive in following up with stakeholders and advancing outstanding recruitment activities.
• Recruitment experience in facilities management, building services, construction, engineering, property services, or similarly complex operational environments.
• Experience recruiting for technical, trade, frontline, mobile, site-based, or high-volume workforces.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other proactive candidate sourcing platforms.
• Knowledge of recruitment reporting, behavioral interviewing, and structured candidate assessment methodologies.
• Experience managing police checks, work rights verification, licenses, qualifications, or security clearances.
• Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, or diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Work from home.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm AEST/AEDT, with adjustments for daylight saving.
