This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee recruitment administration for a large volume of vacancies across all brands.
• Assess and approve recruitment requisitions, ensuring all necessary information is complete.
• Develop, post, and track job advertisements on approved platforms.
• Keep precise candidate and vacancy records in JobAdder.
• Update candidate statuses throughout the recruitment process.
• Evaluate applications and resumes based on established criteria.
• Advance suitable candidates through the recruitment process.
• Engage with candidates to provide application results and address inquiries.
• Organize recruitment Open Days and high-volume retail hiring campaigns.
• Assist with candidate invitations, attendance monitoring, interview scheduling, and communications.
• Manage recruitment activities across multiple locations and brands during peak times.
• Facilitate reference and employment verification checks.
• Request, monitor, and escalate passports, visas, and work-right documentation.
• Ensure candidates adhere to recruitment SLAs and identify any delays or risks.
• Follow up with Hiring Managers and Talent Team members regarding pending actions.
• Recognize opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and reports in JobAdder and other systems.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and report trends, issues, and bottlenecks to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Adhere to work health and safety policies, complete necessary training, report hazards and injuries, and uphold a clean workspace.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or high-volume hiring within Australia; New Zealand experience is a plus.
• Experience in retail fashion is essential.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-volume vacancies and candidates concurrently.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ideally JobAdder or a similar platform.
• Capability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient English speaking and written communication skills.
• Confidence in communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to agreed SLAs.
• Strong follow-up skills and a proactive attitude towards outstanding tasks.
• Capacity to prioritize workload, manage competing deadlines, and solve problems effectively.
• High computer literacy and eagerness to learn new systems and processes.
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a geographically diverse Talent Team.
