Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team by providing coordination, transactional, and administrative support throughout the entire candidate lifecycle.

• Manage offer processing, interview scheduling, tracking of offer acceptance and follow-up activities, as well as overseeing preboarding up to the first day of employment.

• Act as the dedicated preboarding coordinator for salaried field employees, foremen, interns, and corporate new hires.

• Offer transactional support for site hire and contingent worker requests for the craft labor team.

• Serve as the concierge and primary point of contact for candidates and new hires throughout the entire process.

• Initiate requirements, monitor completion, and maintain consistent communication throughout the entire process.

• Collaborate with HR Operations, hiring managers, recruiters, business units, vendors, Fleet, Talent Development and Performance, as well as the travel department.

• Ensure that candidates complete applications, assessment testing, pre-employment physical/drug tests, background checks, MVRs when necessary, and Form I-9 before their start date.

• Organize and manage drug screenings and pre-employment testing, including appointment logistics, locations, and instructions for candidates.

• Manage intake, processing, data entry, status tracking, and follow-up for site hire and contingent worker requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a comprehensive understanding of operational procedures gained from previous roles involving recruitment, scheduling, customer service, and/or human resources.

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Previous experience in recruiting/onboarding is necessary.

• Familiarity with Workday is preferred.

• Experience in the Renewable Industry is advantageous.
