This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for a wide range of technical and corporate roles across the United States.
• Specialize in sourcing talent within engineering, software, and electronics sectors.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to accurately assess workforce requirements.
• Create focused recruitment strategies tailored to specific needs.
• Offer market insights and provide constructive feedback as necessary.
• Ensure an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, talent communities, and direct outreach methods.
• Establish talent pipelines for critical, niche, and future hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and competency-based interviews.
• Organize interviews, gather candidate feedback, check references, and fulfill background checks along with other pre-employment requirements.
• Provide insights on compensation and make recruitment recommendations.
• Keep precise records of candidates, track pipeline activities, and generate reports within the ATS.
• Assist in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction efforts.
• Represent the organization at relevant industry, university, and recruitment events.
• Minimum of five years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record in hiring technical professionals in engineering, software, and/or electronics fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Advanced skills in sourcing, including Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to juggle multiple specialist roles and competing demands.
• Proficiency in using an ATS or HRIS is required.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating across various locations and time zones.
• Availability for some out-of-hours work may be necessary.
• Occasional travel, both domestic and international, may be required.
