Talent Acquisition Associate, Digital

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Recruiting Lead and Talent Acquisition colleagues to implement targeted recruitment strategies.

• Oversee multiple hiring priorities and achieve strong results.

• Provide clients with meaningful updates, market insights, and clear data points.

• Cultivate collaborative relationships with HR, Operations, Compensation, and Resource Management teams.

• Create and post engaging job descriptions.

• Identify candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Ensure accurate data maintenance across the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related platforms.

• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle with an emphasis on transparency, efficiency, and candidate experience.

• Guarantee that candidates receive an outstanding experience from initial engagement through to the offer stage.

• Learn and utilize Huron's interview framework.

• Analyze resumes, assess qualifications, and evaluate candidate suitability.

• Conduct initial recruiter screenings and provide summaries and recommendations to hiring teams.

• Lead interview debriefs to support aligned hiring decisions.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Exhibit self-awareness and good judgment, escalating issues as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Communications, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in consulting, corporate, professional services, or executive search.

• Strong adaptability to change and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

• Outstanding organizational, presentation, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to excel in a collaborative environment and partner with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), ATS/CRM tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and Boolean search techniques.
