Talent Acquisition Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to comprehend role specifications and candidate profiles.

• Identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, applications, professional networks, and other pertinent channels.

• Create candidate pipelines in LinkedIn Recruiter for both current and future positions.

• Provide qualified candidates along with clear screening notes and recommendations.

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer delivery for multiple requisitions across the agency.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate relevant experience, qualifications, interest, and alignment with the role.

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the sourcing and screening phases and coordinate next steps with the hiring team.

• Negotiate and issue offer letters to candidates.

• Ensure candidate records, outreach activities, and interview feedback are accurate and up to date in Greenhouse.

• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within Talent Acquisition, ensuring a fair and impartial recruitment process.

• Assist the Talent Acquisition and broader HR team with additional responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, including hands-on sourcing and screening.

• Experience in recruiting for positions within an advertising agency, with knowledge across functions such as account management, creative, strategy, media, or project management.

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to locate and engage suitable candidates.

• Strong communication skills and the capability to evaluate candidate experience in relation to role requirements.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches, and adapt to shifting priorities.

• A sense of humor and enthusiasm for recruiting!

• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system is beneficial.

• Background in supporting multiple agency disciplines or working in a freelance recruiting capacity is advantageous.

• Experience in healthcare or the health category is not necessary.
